Founded with love and rooted in the ancient science of yoga, Menka’s Yogvatika is a registered IYS School under the International Yoga Organisation (IYO). We’ve guided over 1000+ students through fitness yoga and healed 50+ individuals through our dedicated therapeutic programs.
Here, we blend tradition with innovation — incorporating props, outdoor practices, and community events — all guided by the vision of making yoga accessible, healing, and joyful for every age group.
